“When should I receive my order?”
Processing will take 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and National holidays). All orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped out within 2-4 business days. Friday-Sunday 3-5 business days.

“How can I change my order?”
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add or remove products from the order.  Please make sure everything is correct before checking out.

“Can I change my shipping address?”
Yes, we can change the
 shipping address. Please contact as soon as possible as orders ship out fast! 

We are not guaranteed to change your shipping address. 

“Can I receive a refund or exchange?” 
Yes, exchanges and returns (store credit)
Request for exchanges and store credit must be made within 5 business days of the delivery date. In order for a return, item(s) must be unworn, in good condition and in the original packaging.

Please have your confirmation number and email when requesting for a return. Once the request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and information on where to send returns. Item(s) must be returned within 10 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and National holidays) of being issued a return label. Any item(s) sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers may exchange for size or store credit that can be used towards another order. 

No returns (store credit) for items on sale or preorders! All sales are final.

“How can I receive a discount code?”
Once you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive a discount code at random. SHOPSHAY Humble Apparel often have automatic sales, continue to shop.

”Can I cancel my order?”
We are not able to cancel orders because of fast processing and shipping. 

Shipping & Return Policy

All orders go through a 3-step quality check before being shipped out. 

All orders ship through USPS, once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for their system to update. You can always track your order on the ‘Track Order’ page.

SHOPSHAY Humble Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced packages or incorrect addresses.

Please contact your post office if any packages are lost or misplaced. Any concerns feel free to contact SHOPSHAY Humble Apparel customer service.

Any item that is defective must be in the same condition and packaging as you received it. Please contact SHOPSHAY Humble Apparel customer service to move forward.
